What's needed when making important compensation, headcount, or recruiting decisions? Access to all the information you need in one place. Even better? Aligning stakeholders within that platform so everyone is working with and communicating on the same data and plans. This month, we’re releasing updates that ensure your people initiatives are collaborative and efficient.
This week, we launched ChartHop’s Advanced Approval Workflows as part of our Extended Configurability module. Whether part of an annual cycle, a restructure, promotion, or backfill request, efficient headcount planning empowers managers to submit plans for approval to the right people and enables HR and Finance teams to have the visibility and insight across the organization to make informed decisions.

Once you have approval to open a new job in ChartHop, it’s easier than ever to kick off the recruiting process: You can now set certain fields as “required” in order to create or update a job. Setting required fields ensures a consistent planning and intake process across your organization, and allows you to gather the critical information needed to successfully sync open roles with your ATS.
When you’re collaborating on complex and critical initiatives like headcount and compensation planning, leaving and reading comments is key. We know users heavily leverage in-line comments during planning, and now, Compensation Review and Scenario Owners can export a CSV that includes all the comments for a given review or Scenario. This will allow Owners to holistically audit comments made throughout a cycle.
