August 2023 Product Roundup: Customize Access Controls and Share Specialized Forms

No two individuals in your organization are exactly alike when it comes to the level of information they should be allowed to see. That’s why we’re excited to announce a number of enhancements to how you share information in ChartHop. These product improvements directly address frequently requested features from our customers and build toward a more custom and secure product experience.

New User Access Controls

We’ve released robust and configurable access controls that allow organizations to customize what information is shared with individuals. The ability to specifically pick and choose who should see what data, and in what circumstances, will better allow organizations to operate with healthy transparency, reduce information silos, and ultimately make better decisions.

Entrusting ChartHop with your people data is a responsibility that we take very seriously, and ensuring that only the correct users can view and edit certain information is just one of the ways we protect your sensitive data. ChartHop customers can manage access levels themselves, or reach out to our Support Team to guide you.

Create and Share Forms

We’ve also released a new way to share Forms in ChartHop. Users will now have the ability to send forms only to specific profiles. Whether you plan on sending new-hire surveys to only recent hires or manager-specific 1:1 forms to only certain managers’ direct reports, the possibilities are endless on how ChartHop customers can use Forms to collect feedback from their organization.
